Oil-Only Allround Environmental Protection Mat is an optimal floor barrier for varied applications in indoor and outdoor locations with 3-ply construction.
Water-based and hydrocarbon-based liquids penetrate through the first layer.
The second layer absorbs only oils and other hydrocarbon-based liquids.
Thanks to the protection film, the third barrier layer prevents liquids from penetrating to the floor and possesses high non-slip properties.
Due to its , the mat is also very suitable for protecting tracks.
Extra thick, calendered coverstock for one hundred percent resistance to abrasion.
Middle layer made from PP absorbent fleece for selecting oil enables the hydrocarbon based fluids to be trapped inside the mat. Due to the higher grammage, the mat can absorb even larger amounts of fluids than before.
An impenetrable and reinforced barrier backing on bottom keeps the liquid from penetrating to the soil and offers a high skid resistance.

Track Mat I |
The new OilOnly Track Mat is ideal for protecting rails. It is UV-resistant and is an effective way of preventing spills on railway ballast. Thanks to the PET coated bars, the mat can be fastened quickly and easily.
The roll with a of 1,40 m x 21 m safely covers the whole area between the rails. In addition, the rolls with a of 0,40 m x 21 m or 0,70 m x 21 m can be used along the outside rail areas.
The protective mat for the environment is also the optimal ground protection for a variety of outdoor applications.

The UV-resistant Track Mat is an effective way of preventing spills on railway ballast.
The supplied ropes are drawn through the non-conductive punched holes and fixed to the rail. During these operations the Track Mat is distinguished by a very good tensile strength.
The mat rolls are available in the s 1,45 m x 16 m or 1,45 m x 4 m and safely cover the whole area between the rails.
The Track Mat consists of PP absorbent material (620 g/sqm) for a powerful oil selection with an extra stable and permeable cover or running layer. It has a high retention capacity and, additionally, is provided with a barrier layer preventing the oils from leaking through the mat when the absorption capacity of the mat is reached.
The shelf life is 24 - 60 months, depending on external factors and how long the mat will need to reach its capacity limit.

A walk and floor covering mat for everyday use in indoor locations. Allows safe working thanks to anti-skid film on the bottom side. Prevents liquids from penetrating to delicate floor surfaces. As dirt sticking to the shoe soles can not be carried in other areas and it will cling to the mat, surrounding unprotected surfaces stay clean.
